Location is a bit far from CDG than I expected. It took me 21 euro to get here with a taxi. I arrived at 10pm on 1st June. The front desk man seemed not willing to work at all. He gave me the altitude from the first minute. At the beginning he could not find my name. The he stop working with me and I have to think the solution and show him my name on paper. Then he told me I didn’t pay at all even though I have paid in Expedia. I have to open every document and eventually there is a line of small text saying I need to pay a property tax at the hotel. He didn’t help me at all during the process. After I found it he said “oh you understand now?” Worst service I have ever had. People are really tired during the trip and I still need to suffer from the altitude? No drinkable water in the room. No vending machine on the same floor. Room is big enough and it is quiet tho. So the overall cost is not cheap considering you need to take 2 taxi to go between the hotel and CDG. I will suggest just book the hotel in the CDG airport. At least you will save your time on the road and the taxi.

The property did not have any AC and when asked the front desk said most customers prefer not to have ac so non of the hotel has it, which I didn’t understand. Also, no toiletries in the room.
