"I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful. "

"There were a few good things and a few bad things about our overnight stay at the Crestmont Inn. I booked a room on Expedia which stated we had the Signature Studio (The Blue Spruce) Suite with fridge. I thought that was pretty cool because the price was $129 which was cheaper then what I've seen on other sites. When we arrived the women took us to our room which was not the room I booked. I immediately went to the front desk to ask about the change and was told that the only room they had...

"Beautiful view of Presque Isle bay from the infinity pool. Amazing. Clean, newer , cozy beds. Staff awesome. Love the Courtyard by Marriott!"

"We loved the Inn. You don't have to leave to have a good day while there. Great BBQ area, loved the fire pit area also. The other guests we met were repeats because they loved the place so much. All were very friendly. The Inn keeper was great. The only thing we found bad were the floors. Very dirty! Need a good mopping."

"The staff and facilities at the Nature Inn were fantastic. Very clean and comfortable stay. They had several areas to hang out and play games with our family. We left Sunday morning for a basketball game and the staff remember remembered and even asked my daughter how she did when we returned. Great experience!"
