Clean hotel good distance to beach expect one problem. I stayed on the 4th floor and put my towels on a chair by the pool that I could see from the window, when I went to go check on them once, they weren’t there somebody had stole them, I started to look at the beach to see if I could spot the towels, I talked to the staff and they didn’t do anything about it, eventually the people who stole them walked into the pool, we rushed down and got them back and went to the 1st floor to talk to the staff, we told the assistant manager what happened but she said she couldn’t do anything since it’s our responsibility which is strange because the pool where our towels got stolen is the hotel’s property, anyways we waited to the next day to talk to the General Manager and he basically said the same thing and said it’s our responsibility and not theirs. It seems like they don’t value their guests. I understand the sign says they aren’t responsible, but how can they keep criminals in the hotel? They didn’t even talk to them. Our Mother’s Day was ruined because of this and I was even thinking of extending my stay, not anymore.
