False advertisement through Expedia making it seem like it’s an excellent hotel one in reality It’s like a motel. The room smelt so bad, I immediately asked for another room, which was not available until the next day and even after switching to another room, it had the same smell bad odor and just unsanitary. I would not recommend staying there, especially given that they make it seem like it’s a great hotel with awesome reviews through Expedia.

Upon arriving to my room, as always i pull back covers and inspect the beds. There were dirt stands and hair on the covers. The housekeeper was rude about the fact she needed to change them. When i inspected the bathroom, baseboards were covered in hair and dust and there was hair in the tub. I was told there were no other rooms available. I drove 11 hrs to see my niece graduate and on the way to the graduation i am too busy searching for another hotel in the area which was completely sold out. Unacceptable conditions. Also the side door doesn't lock and my room door you could push open without the key.

I went to go check in for my two day stay at hotel hotel Pensacola room 220 to find the mattresses flipped over with bedbug fogger and powder everywhere. It was in the process of being bombed for bedbugs. They also own a hotel across the street which they sent me to to get a room for the night, which I assumed Would be for both nights. instead, I was unable to stay because of overbooking in either of the hotels that they own and was not pleased with the overall experience at all I had to work the next day and had my 69 year-old grandmother with me and she had unpacked all of her things in the hotel room just to find out we need to leave the next morning, even though we planned on them sleeping in and me going to work so they were left in limbo outside of a room with nowhere to be and had to get up with me at 6:30 AM to check out of the hotel room that we already paid for and we’re not able Just stay in alongside the staff being very unwilling to bump anybody else or make the experience any better no one had an answer, and no one offered anything above and beyond to substitute for this terrible mishap do not recommend

Wonderful stay at hotel Pensacola. We were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming young man at check in. Our very large room was immaculate. I believe it's an older property, that was recently renovated. Very reasonably priced property. Would stay again.
