We felt unsafe at this hotel based upon the other people who were staying or lurking around the rooms. It was also dirty and things broken in the rooms. We would never stay here again and don’t recommend saving a few hundred dollars. This place was overpriced with the condition of the facilities.

AC froze up during the night. We had an adjoining room door someone trying to open it from the other room and someone knocking on the front door. Didn’t feel safe and we didn’t get much sleep on edge all night . Checked out early and reported incident after breakfast front desk acted like I was lying because I didn’t report issues at 2am or before checkout. Also wanted to make sure I got my refund for the second night before I said anything. Requesting a refund for initial night unsatisfactory been 3 days now haven’t gotten any feedback.

This property had the most perfect private beach and pool! The breakfast was hot and tasty, but the hotel needs some renovation. New lock system is desperately needed! I did not see it in any of the previous reviews, but DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD NEXT TO YOUR PHONE! These cards de-activate very easily, which makes you have to go back to the front desk to reactivate it. They only do room cleaning Tuesdays and Friday and I found they didn’t even clean my room when I asked… the room I bought was non smoking room but the blankets had a burn hole from smoking. If you like to come back to a clean hotel this is not the hotel for you.

Fighting next door to us,nosey all night! The grounds were not pick up, trash everywhere. The breakfast was awful!! No food at 8.oclock.had to go to front desk and ask for food.

The doors on the inside of the room are nasty looking. If you would paint the inside of the doors it would look much nicer. This place needs a few more improvements. It looks like they have done some work to it but it needs more. The cement needs to pressure washed. People were doing cleaning while we were there but it needs to be pressure washed.
