Across the street from the beach and many nearby places to eat and shop...filling breakfast in morning.....the bad, nearby music playing till 2am at night. No arm chair in the room to relax and watch some TV.

This hotel features a great location, a very friendly staff, slightly-above-average accommodations, and is priced lower than other hotels in the area. The mattresses in my room were outdated/squeaky/overused, but bedding was clean. The bathroom sink drain stopper was broken (room 201), and I had to pry it open to get the water to drain. I stayed 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend, and housekeeping never cleaned the room nor changed the towels. There was no sign to service room or do not disturb. The complimentary breakfast had a small selection of items - there was no fresh fruit or breakfast pastries such as danish, muffin, or croissant. The hotel charges a parking fee of $10/night, but this fee is not listed in an obvious location on the hotel website (such as in the amenities section). The parking fee is noted in the FAQ section. It's a good option though for dog owners, pets allowed on 1st floor rooms. I'd rate the hotel 3.75 stars out of 5.

This hotel had a very beach retro vibe! It was in a great location in Pensacola so we could walk everywhere including the beach. We did have to pay a 100 dollar pet fee that we were not aware of before and we did request our room to be cleaned but that never happened. Other than that, it was a good stay.
