「This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」

「This hotel is like a dream. You walk into the most beautiful and opulent decor and every member of the hotel staff greats you and treats you like royalty. The hotel appears to be brand new with everything from the rug to the furnishings are new and clean. The location can’t be beat as it is in the center of everything. We will definitely be coming back!」

「Hotel itself as well as the staff was very polite. Was a little overpriced for a night. Valet parking rate is excessive. If you do not valet park, you have to find your own spot for your vehicle.」
