Nice hotel, great location. Elevators came quick. Shower was awesome and room was clean. Food was excellent at the restaurants. Bed is extremely uncomfortable. Would not want to stay too many nights on that mattress. Gratuity charges are out of control. They charged a “service charge” after paying $100/person to stand and watch Gasparilla invasion at the pool. No “service” was provided and it was not disclosed when booking. That was disappointing.
