Only one individual checking people in and out. Said property was overbooked (?). No coke machine. Staff helpful - the parking staff helped me use Uber to get to Wills Eye as I have limited vision. Thankful for their help.

This hotel has a lot of opportunity and I would advise other travelers to pick another of the nearby hotels. The only thing the hotel really has going for it is its great location. Found dirt on the walls which was awkward but I thought it was a one off. Then I almost tripped because one of the lids that goes over the sprinkler system had fallen and was on the floor. Stayed three nights and asked personally at the front desk to please clean the room. This was not done. On my last night I asked at 9am. Told me it would be cleaned Came back at 12 still not cleaned as promised by front desk had to go for a third time in the same day to make make a scene with Steven the hotel manager to finally get the room cleaned and the issues addressed.

This is a great place to stay. Rooms are clean and modern. Location is perfect fir lots of dining, shopping and event options. Check- in process was painfully slow, but other than that I would definitely recommend.
