Property is beach side and conveniently located to the entertainment nearby. However it is loud and near a lot of late night entertainment. Staff needs improvement - checkin took a long time. She wandered off after telling me she would check on the status of the room and started helping other people. Restaurant staff needs work - inattentive and forgot parts of our orders consistently.

The hotel is centrally located near everything. The room service, house keeping, security and desk service incredible. The food!!! Wow!!! Unfortunately my tours left early so we only had 2 breakfast meals. We looked forward to those meals. Room service meals were excellent too!
