"I enjoyed my stay here. It is a very nice home. You can walk right out back and fish or just sit by the water. Water view when indoors is nice. Host was very responsive. Please know that you cannot take fish remains to the dump. They have signs, and they told us they do not accept them. When we asked how we should dispose of them, they told us they didn't know, but recommended we dig a hole. So, that was interesting. You only have access to the public dock, which isn't far. "While this location isn’t for everyone, I was so happy with it! We stayed here for a bee keeping class in Holly Hill. Property owner was so nice, the home was very clean, and we were able to bring our 2 dogs! The fenced in front yard was my favorite! I was also really happy with how well stocked it was- tin foil, good pots/pans, comfortable bed, waters & drinks, fans in every room, plenty of dishes, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. I also felt safe here. Perfect little getaway...

"This was a perfect location for a family get-together. The house was clean and the kitchen had enough dishes and cookware to accommodate a large group. The view from the screened in patio was gorgeous. The kids had a blast fishing from the peer and playing on the beach near the property. The host was very responsive to any questions. "Great location on Lake Marion. Dock is set up for fishing and we caught a few big ones. House itself is exactly as described. Maybe not the Ritz, but it's Lake Marion. It's perfect for what it is. Very nice screened in porch looking out over the water. Almost a low country feel to the property and views. About 5 min from 1-95 and 10 min from Santee Food Lion. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped appropriately. Great location for a golf weekend as well - plenty of decent courses...

"Condo was clean, well supplied and comfortable with a wonderful balcony on the lake. Our family had a great time fishing on the dock and all over the lake in our bass boat and caught some bass and a catfish. Jerry, the host has been available and very responsive during our whole trip! This is or 4th vacation here and is our favorite stay at Santee."
