Rooms were not ready for at least 4 or 5 people. Came back and hour later and it was ready. Short of or not ready for eggs and sausages. No hot water for tea and ran out of coffee for a short period. We were told they were short staffed.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years, but this was our first time back since Covid. The renovations are really nice. Rooms are small but comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping never cleaned our room, which could have been a staffing issue. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety. The employees working the breakfast shift were especially attentive.

Breakfast was less than satisfactory with the pancake machine out-of-service and limited food items that were undercooked. Only entrance was the main, as card readers malfunctioned not just with me but observed by other patrons..

The rooms were hard to walk arounf the room . I have a walker and tring to move around the room and between beds, it was too tight. I had to park my walket by the door and bathroom.The other thing was the beds were too high. It was very high to get on it. I had to be helped to get on or off the bed. The pool was nice but there werent any towel to dry off with. We tried to get breakfast twice acd there breakfast was either gone or we had to wait for it, but there was no place to sit. The day at Ausable Chasm was awsome. Sorry. Audrey Daws

The staff was extremely helpful, beginning at check in, when they quickly addressed an issue with our room, continuing with a late night key issue, and running all the way past checkout, when they helped reconnect me with an item I had left behind. Well done!!

One of the staff. I think a manager who was a large person basically told me the other staff messed up on my payment and I had to fix it or I couldn’t stay. This was at 11 PM. I already had May room and was in it when the front desk called and told me I needed to come to the front desk. This large person has a form fitting THIS material shirt and I could literally see through their shirt and see their nipples. I was surprised the Holiday Inn would have such a relaxed dress code.
