Paid for the more expensive water view room, but it was shabby, with fraying carpet and torn drapes. And the hotel did not tell me (until I checked out) that their charge for parking was $60 per day! Good location, decent breakfast (at additional cost).

Property is right downrown. It is quiet in spite of overlooking Portland's busiest street. The rooms are large and well furnished. The property is older, so the bathroom is dated, but everything works as it should, and is quite clean.
