"This is a beautiful hotel and our suite was well appointed and had one of the best showers I have ever found in a hotel. Turn down service and cleanliness was fabulous. We had trouble keeping the room cool enough, the controls were confusing and would revert back to a default in the middle of the night. Staff was attentive and helpful but ultimately was unable to secure us dinner reservations other than in their own hotel and did not seem to have many restaurants that they worked with....

The design of the room reflects the winery itself. There is plenty of place to store things. The good thing is there is a door separate the bedding area and bathrooms. There is 4 bathrooms to share in a 14-bed dorm and i never need to wait for a second to use it."

"Wow what a hotel outside the city stunning views of the river amazing pool and hotel employees all so helpful friendly couldn’t do enough. Went slightly out of season so not all facilities such as roof top bar available but didn’t soil the use of the hotel will definitely return and you can walk into Porto so good exercise cab only €8 away from the hustle and bustle of the city allowing you to chill out as well."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations! Beautiful layout, ambience is lovely and great view of bridge/Porto! Conveniently located to various restaurants near the water and you can walk to so many shops/cafes! The hotel allows for easy access to top and bottom of bridge where you can walk across bridge and enjoy all Porto has to offer. Hotel also has lovely wine bar and we tried breakfast buffet with ample items to enjoy. Staff were friendly and helpful! Allowed us to store our luggage on last day so we can still enjoy Porto before we catch our train back to Lisboa! Definitely stay here again! "
