"My room layout was very bad, two beds on different side. The bathroom was very tiny,not easy close the door, next my room. the tenant always go in and out many times,each hour over five times and he closed the very noisy ,the disturbed until 4:00am.I have complained to the front desk, but the guy no responded.I dont recommend to live this hotel!"

"There were shuttles available to and from places we wanted to explore closer to the hotel, with the option to scan a QR code to track its location for when you want to leave (though I had issues using this). There is a bus stop located across the street and one a little further up. The staff were able to help us with any navigation/questions we had. We booked a room with breakfast included and we were very happy with it. Breakfast has both western and Asian options. One downside was that the gym was unavailable during our stay. Check-in and check-out was quick and simple. They were also able to help call a taxi for our early flight. Would consider staying here again next time we visit Hong Kong!"
