The area is unsafe and unclean - trash everywhere, broken windows and blinds all over the place. The apartment lock did not work appropriately, which made us feel more unsafe. "So much to say but I'll stick with letting the owner know a welcome manual may be necessary for Wifi information along with general house amenities and how to work them. Not enough linen was available. No ice maker. Verbal communication with owner was a bit stressful. Try to cater to your guest, not your culture."

"Very quiet and clean. The boat dock has power and is easily accessible from a small ramp that is one minute east of the property. Everything works in the home and the view of the Saluda River from the screened in back porch is awesome. Neighbors were all very polite and helpful. Great vacation if looking to just get away and reset."
