"Ottima accoglienza personale gentile . Difficoltà nel trovare l' hotel andrebbe segnalato meglio. Nel complesso il mio giudizio e' positivo buona la posizione per passeggiate e gite ai vari passi."

"Ottima posizione con splendida vista. Le camere e tutta la struttura è molto pulita. Zona spa divisa tra piscina e zona relax in modo di non essere disturbati. Ottimo il servizio delle torte offerte al pomeriggio. Se posso fare una osservazione a questo posto eccellente, mancano solo i biglietti con il nome nel buffet della colazione che li avrei trovati molto comodi. L aperitivo del giovedì è una cosa speciale, da provare!!!"

"The bartenders and servers are the most amazing pleasant people at hotel. I can’t say the same to the check in front desk . I payed one night before check Out, but when I dropped the key next morning she keep saying was not pay yet, very embarrassed for us until she check to another computer and say: oh ok . I can see now . Very embarrassed for us in front to another guest . The dinner first 2 nights was great . Last 2 nights, Thursday and Friday was very disappointed for us and next tables . "

"The Pension Hilpold is located within a residential area of Lana so keep your eyes peeled when you're trying to find it as you can miss it! The family who run it are very friendly. Their first language was German, but they were equally happy to communicate in Italian or English. The rooms were clean and generously sized and the beds were comfortable. "After landing at Venice Airport, our group of four drove to this hotel and stayed the first night of the trip in Italy in late June, 2023. The reason we selected this hotel because it is very close to Lake Karersee (Lago Di Carezza), 3 minutes driving or 15 minute walking. The hotel is family operated with the son as hotel manager who speaks English and is very friendly. "I loved this hotel. It's very much off the beaten path, but if solitude and beautiful scenery is what you're looking for, it's perfect. The hiking in the area is terrific and there is a fabulous swimming lake within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was the friendliest I've ever experienced. I will definitely be back!"
