“My girlfriends and I had a great stay at Vincent’s place. The house was clean and very well appointed. There were enough towels and dishes for everyone. The TV and outdoor furniture were nice and enjoyable in the evening. The room in the back does get warm and would benefit from a ceiling fan. This location is close to Monterey and Carmel. Vincent was easy to reach and replied in a timely manner. We would stay here again. ”

“We had an amazing time staying at Jasmine's house. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept well. Jasmine was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. “We had a fun time staying at the house and enjoying the weather in the area. Only problem was with the master bathroom toilet which I told the owner about. Sorry that we had to leave a day early due to needing to return the Louisiana due to Hurricane Francine.”

“This is our 4th time staying at one of Bill's properties (Atherton Cottage previously). This was our first time staying in this studio cottage. It was all absolutely stunning, especially the outside grounds. It's all so impressive, thoughtfully designed and so peaceful.
