I informed the manager that I got bitten by bed bugs and had to throw away my clothes. Even though they moved me to another location I was still unable to rest peacefully fear of being bitten again .

After reaerving an accessible room with roll in shower for a paralyzed veteran he was given a non accessible room where there was a tub with unreachable controls and a bed ao high he could not get into it. Absolutely shameful; I am so upset
