The location was good but it had bed bugs and a strong smell to cigarette. The carpet was very dirty.

Front desk staff horrible at check in . Line was out the door , the older male was rude and mean to everyone . The black female tried to do her best . No rooms were ready and I checked in after 4pm didn’t get in my room until 5:45 pm, took over an hour to check in and fir rooms to be cleaned . Room has roaches , had stove but no pots or utensils , there wasn’t any trash cans provided and in the room or rug /enough towels for bathroom . Sheets were dirty , had major stains on them , we had to go to the office at 11pm and get new ones and change them ourselves

When I checked in the office attendant waa not friendly at all. There was a $25 booking fee that was not mentioned online. My room was clean but it smelled of smoke. There were also several roaches in my room.

Worst hotel experience ever. Staff was rude. Mad that people were actually booking to stay there. Makes no sense. Didn’t want to help. Rooms were disgusting. Filthy, roaches, bed bugs, dirty mattresses, dirty bathroom, stains in the toilet and shower, smelled like cigarettes, and just overall nasty. I would not recommend at all. This place needs to close down.
