The hotel was modern and very good overall. Staff was friendly and fast on check in. The room was huge and very clean. Plus having the free parking was a great advantage.

I recently stayed at your hotel and was disappointed with the cleanliness and amenities. Unfortunately, the room flooring was dirty, and there was a strong unpleasant odor as soon as you enter the hotel. Furthermore, the water quality was poor, making it even difficult to brush my teeth. This was particularly surprising given that we had no issues with water quality throughout our stay in Iceland. On the positive side, the hotel's location was convenient, close to all the tourist attractions. I hope you take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve the cleanliness and water quality for future guests.

I didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel. I chose it because it was a spa hotel. I expected it to be quiet and luxurious. It was neither. The spa was not entirely open because both hot baths were broken. I went down twice, and both times, I was disturbed by drilling. And hotel guests are charged to use the spa. Why? And why charge when you can't offer a full spa experience? I could also hear drilling in my room, and when I complained to reception, they just said they were working on pipes. No apology, no concern. This is appalling. My room was not serviced once whilst I stayed. Fortunately, I can make my own bed, but having fresh towels at least once during a four-day stay would have been nice. The hotel is a long distance from the town, and it is a conference hotel. It isn't suitable for travellers wanting to see Reykjavik. When I checked out they couldn't give me a bill. Honestly, the whole experience was a shambles. Overall, I wasn't impressed and would not stay in this hotel again.
