"My brother, our friend, and I stayed for 3 days at Wilfried's place in Colmberg, which is a pleasant small town just a 20 minute drive from Rothenburg. The spacious converted barn is very homey, with sofas, WiFi, a large-screen television, etc. Wilfired was very personable, enjoyed chatting with us and giving us recommendations for restaurants in the area, and even for other good places to visit in southern Germany. If some day I return to the area I will definitely stay with Wilfried again."

"Sehr herzlicher Emfang. Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Es gab selbst erzeugten Wein und eine Rundfahrt mit dem Traktor für die Kinder. Außerdem viele Fahrzeuge für die Kinder (Kettcar, ect...). Wir durften unsere Fahrräder in der Scheune unterstellen. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz und eine Outdoorkegelbahn. Und hast es sehr gefallen. Danke und vielleicht irgendwann einmal wieder."

"A very nice, warm and well equipped flat. It had everything that we needed. As well as catering for ourselves we had a delicious meal at the Gasthaus. It is very handy for the train station, from where we got trains to Rothenburg and Wurzburg."

Als wir die Wohnung beziehen wollten, wurden wir vom Vermieter abgewiesen mit der Begründung, die Wohnung sei bereits über ein anderes Portal vermietet worden und er würde sich umgehend um die Rückerstattung des im Voraus bezahlten Betrages kümmern. "I can't say enough about this property. The apartment was spotless, well furnished, and so comfortable. (at an amazingly low price!!) The hosts were wonderful. I was not feeling well and Mary brought be homemade soup & zucchini bread from the magical garden that surrounds the house. On another occasion they offered us a ride into town.
