Location was convenient to the freeway. However, due to traffic and road work, I was taken on a few detours just to get to the hotel. The staff was nice. I asked for extra towels and was told that they would bring to my room but they forgot, so I had to go back to ask again. Both check-in & check-out was easy.

Bed was comfortable & there were multiple outlets. Breakfast was generous. Check in process repeated what had already been done online and was supposed to be a time saver. Room was rundown. A/C was very noisy. Only provided one wash cloth for two people. Luggage stand was broken. Elevator was shabby and smelled of cigarette smoke.

Great staff not crazy or loud. Family friendly and clean.The only problem was the pool and jacuzzi. Ducks and homeless were able to get inside and the pool was cloudy and jaquzzi was green. It wasn't cleaned the whole week there. Other than that everything else was great.

Sausage, waffles and raisin bread were good. Other than that, the place looks run down, curtains didn’t cover the windows, kids looking in, noise from neighbors, told the hot tub works but was too filthy to get in, maintenance guy didn’t show up when requested to fix the blow dryer, coffee maker and lamp that we couldn’t get to work, not a great neighborhood, guest screaming at hotel clerk about bed bugs, and no wash cloths

Property was pleasant but some of the other guests, when going outside to smoke (nighttime) did not courtesy regarding other guests who were trying to sleep The staff and management are excellent.
