The hotel is great. Food was great. Views were amazing, pool area fun for adults and kids, loved the bar😉. So close to petco park that’s my favorite part. Walking distance to gaslamp. If I absolutely had to mention a negative during this stay would be the road construction 🚧 right outside making it a little confusing but the hotel itself AMAZING! SPECTACULAR! BREATHTAKING!

It was very hard finding the parking. I was charging my Tesla and like 30mins later someone had took out the charger. The parking lot didn’t feel safe. I had to get something from the car at night but I was too scared to because there was no security and lots of homeless people around. And it was very easy to be access to homeless people.

My biggest disappointment was that the only way to access the street on foot is over a pedestrian walkway that has an elevator at the end so you didn’t have walk down the very long flight of stairs, I was disabled at the time and the elevator didn’t work. This level of hotel shouldn’t have a tub shower from 10 years ago. The pool area smelled like sewage outside of the bathrooms, and the bathrooms were even worse. Wouldn’t spend my money here again.
