It was a very nice hotel stay other than the fact that when we called to ask for extra towels and some items we forgot that we called guest services about. They never brought the items to our room. The parking fee was also not mentioned when we reserved the room as an additional fee.

First the location itself was amazing. We were able to upgrade our room to the corner suite and the view was excellent. The bayfront view we got was unforgettable. Also every singe staffs we met was amazingly nice and kind. Especially the valet staff( I think his name was Vincent) was incredibly nice and provided us the best service!

Great location. We were able to walk to multiple areas including Petco Park, seaside village. The USS Midway Museum and boat tours were right across the street. Buffett breakfast was good, had several options and differed day by day. Rooms were clean and staff were pleasant and helpful
