I had a cracked sink, the toilet was leaning to the side, the a/c made all kinds of noise. I kept the a/c on but it actually turned itself off. The tv was terrible you couldn’t see the picture at all it was so dark. There was no bar or restaurant. They did serve breakfast which we didn’t eat because I just wanted to leave from the terrible sleep I had. They also don’t have parking it was Nextdoor in some other place. The only thing that I liked was it being close to the civic center other than that it sucked. The staff wasn’t friendly and not talkative at all. The hotel was packed with kids, a lot of dogs, people that were getting high and drunk being loud in the lobby and in front of the hotel. They made it difficult for DoorDash to leave the building too. I wish I could get my money back for this terrible hotel. And I normally stay at the Hyatt when I go out of town, due to this I won’t stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed one night for a concert. All of the staff were extremely nice. Housekeeping staff gets extra kudos for having exceptionally clean rooms and each staff member said hi when we walked by. Best service ever. Complementary breakfast was very good. Lots of options eggs, potatoes, bacon, toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, donuts, juice, coffee and tea options! Dinner was a 10 min walk to downtown and SAP center was 15 to 20. Would definitely stay here again!
