Excellent vacation stay! Located at a very convenient location between Old San Juan and New San Juan (walkable). Very fun activities to do around the resort in San Juan and places to see. The hotel itself has daily activities and music. Beach wing has a beautiful view of the ocean, small fort, and the city. Food and drinks are great at the hotel! 10/10 recommend

My stay at the Caribe Hilton was disappointing. We were there 06/7/24 through 6/9/2024. In the past, I have stayed at this hotel. It has been approximately ten years since my last visit. The resort has declined. I must say, the hotel is in dire need of cleaning and upgrades. The pool has mold growing on its walls and algae on its floor. One of the elevators is completely inoperable and out of service. The outdoor bar area has visibly damaged walls and light fixtures with rust. If they aim to prevent customers from switching to competitors, they must hire a hotel manager that ensures proper attention is being devoted to all components of the resort. They need to consider hiring a hotel manager who effectively recognizes the need for change! Do yourself a favor, don’t stay here. Do your homework and find a resort that cares.

I stayed here for four days and I loved it. The staff were friendly and they have tons of activities for the guest. I highly recommend and will be staying here again the next time I visit PR. The only issue was the parking garage. There is a bit of a walk to get to the garage.
