“前台接待員會說日語的服務員Chiemi，態度非常之差。所有資料都不會講清楚，一切都是自己詢問她才會告訴我們。check-in的地方不是我們的房間所在地方，我們的房間要再開車過去5分鐘的地方，那個地方非常難找，附近停車位置7:30之後是給當地居民才能停泊，我們外來車必須要泊入停車場，1晚15歐元停車費，停車場沒有直達樓上房間的電梯，我們要搬行李走樓梯。 前台接待員根本沒有告訴我們應該先將行李放在大門口，再去停車。把行李再從停車場走樓梯拖到地面，再拖上那個住處的電梯口，真的是非常不方便。 建議大家如果住這間酒店，一定要問清楚是那一個樓，如果是check-in那個樓，應該還可以接受，如果是要另外的那幢樓，真的不太建議住這間酒店，非常不方便。 這間酒店一定是ibis中最差的前台接待員。 酒店去各個景點都是非常方便，步行能去附近出名的餐廳和景點，都方便，只是酒店的服務態度有問題，再酒店有二幢不同的大樓，在不同的位置，距離步行約10分鐘，所以不方便。”

“Très bon petit déjeuner, personnels efficaces, chambre spacieuse. Le restaurant est bien tenu et les plats sont de bonne qualité. La déco est vieillissante, l’isolation sonore avec le couloir est pas très bonne. ”

“Sound insulation is bad whever people passing corridor and closing door. When next door closing their toilet door, the ceiling sounds and move a bit. Otherwise the service and staff are nice.”

“We stayed 13 days, everything was fine! The one suggestion is the breakfast should change every 5days or 7 days because I had same meals for 13days!”

“For business stay is ok don't expect too much! However, very bad experience is hotel room is already included breakfast but they insist not included and charge us each person €12/day and we stay 2days we have to pay €48 in total - they only say that when we check out! Really crazy!”

“The hotel is far away from the town. The map they offered was wrong! (It is located at, Via Naviglio Alto, NOT Via Naviglio Paganini.) After taking off the bus, you have to walk 15-20 min before reach the hotel. The free bikes are very limitted. I did not get any one during my stay.”

“Prima di partire avevo letto diverse recensioni negative e sono contenta di poter dire di aver avuto un’esperienza positiva. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, la camera era più che pulita e anche la zona in cui si trova l’albergo l’ho trovata facile e comoda da raggiungere. Ho deciso di non dare cinque stelle perchè una cosa negativa c’è stata, ovvero l’odore di fumo nella stanza nonostante fosse segnalata come camera per non fumatori. Se proprio dovessi avnazare un’altra critica,……

“we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love……

“Great breakfast, clean, near everything. The temperature in the room was a bit difficult to manage. The shower didn’t have any grab bars for an older person. ”

“这是最差的垃圾酒店，床硬得要死，晚上根本睡不着，早晨就有人打扫卫生，吵得人睡不着。房间超级小，根本不值这个钱。 我提出退房，这个酒店要加收一天房间的费用。 This the worst hotel ever experienced. Every person, please do not be alured by the lower price. You will find that it's still not deserving the money you pay. The bed is hard, and can not sleep. In the morning, there is sweeping noise, I could not sleep by such noise. The room is super small, and I ask to leave earlier, the hotel want to charge one day more. It's Super Rubbish!!!!”

“Nous avions réservé la demi-pension ; un certain temps a été nécessaire pour que cela soit acté à notre arrivée : problème de communication entre les personnes, mais le service client a été très réactif, contrairement à celui d'un autre organisme de voyage (B.c...) ! La taille du lit pour deux personnes parait un peu limitée dans la chambre qui nous a été attribuée.”
