Sheets were not clean. Check with staff who provided housekeeping on June 8th, 2024 on the 4th floor. Hair all over bed sheets and had smell.

It's been a pleasant experience at the Hotel (Lakeside), the staff was very nice and helpful. When the toilet was blocked, also the shower too, they came right away to fix it.
