"Cute one bedroom place. Location was excellent. Since it was back from the street, it was quiet. It was nice to have an enclosed backyard given we had dogs. The yard was not well tended. They did have a Weber BBQ but the charcoal holder was unusable and needed replacement. Overall, the place was clean and had a great location. We would return."

"I come to Capitola often and this was my first stay here The apartment is so cozy and tucked away a couple blocks off the main streets so relatively quiet. The small kitchenette was well appointed for a short stay and had all the essentials. Foot traffic in the upstairs unit is quite loud (primarily due to hardwood floors) but I was otherwise to have respectful neighbors in regards to additional noise. Overall a very cute comfortable place to stay for an adult weekend getaway."

Cute shops, tasty restaurants, and plenty of things to see and do, seem to show what Capitola is all about. After 10:00pm the quiet takes over and erases the day. This little studio is about location, location, location. I would stay here again."

"I was impressed right off the bat with the location (Wow) The place was spotless, Modern and exactly as described. The Host was VERY responsive and extremely let polite and helpful. The Beds were comfortable even the pull out was surprisingly pretty comfortable. Plenty of stuff to do nearby even when it rained! Would recommend"
