This is a great location to be close to the boardwalk, however it is very loud. Our room was recently renovated but there was exposed wiring in the ceiling and through a hole in the wall (they had covered it up with a piece of cardboard painted the same colour as the wall). The bed was hard and the metal bed frame clunked every time we moved. The bathroom window didn’t close all the way and there was a gap between the front door and the door frame. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. I didn’t notice until the morning that the sheets were stained.

The only problem I had was that the tv didn’t work and the outlets didn’t work in the big room. They were very friendly, I think I would give them another try. We didn’t spend much time in the room anyhow but I do like to watch the traffic news.

The property is undergoing renovation. My room was really not ready for occupancy. In particular the shower control didn't work so I couldn't take a shower. Other matters as well, which I'd prefer to discuss in person with an Expedia rep. Call me.

This place was great for what we needed and the staff and owner was absolutely lovely and accommodating. My only dislike was the parking situation, but the staff was SO accommodating and helpful when figuring out parking. Definitely felt cared for by the staff. Not to mention the great location in relation to the beach/boardwalk!

The rooms were in terrible condition. Many outlets and lights did not work. The heaters just blew cool air. The manager was nice about it but acted as if there was no problem - like because the heaters turned on they were fine even if no heat came out. I had to get a different place to stay at 8 pm with 2 kids, so I did not call Expedia until the next day. Expedia and the motel determined I could not get a refund for that first night because I did not call that first night.
