We had a fantastic check in experience. The young lady who checked us in was in training (I think her name was Kyrie but have probably spelt it wrong so apologies to her ) but she couldn’t have been more professional or helpful. So refreshing to meet someone so motivated to maximise the guest experience. Hotel rooms were also spotlessly clean and well appointed.
