"I thought this was a terrific condo and the perfect location from which to finally explore Watercolor and the entire 30A. We used the bicycles for hours a day (I recommend opting for a basket and headlights), being able to walk down the steps and pedal away was so convenient. We were also just steps away from the Beach Club, boardwalks to the beach, the too-adorable shops and FOOW (Fish Out of Water restaurant). "We love this place! We spent an entire month here, as we did in 2023 (see my Mar 3, 2023 review), and will be back again! The beach is a 5-minute walk from the door, and there are numerous restaurants & shops within easy walking distance. Other beach communities (with plenty of restaurants & shops) are close by, as are several state parks (with great walking trails). The condo is cheerfully decorated, comfortable, and well-stocked. The hosts are easy to communicate with and go out of their way...

"We ran into several issues during our stay. Mostly because the condo does not seem to be well maintained and has bare minimum necessities, even though it looks great aesthetically. The property management company (Warren Rentals) responded quickly and thoroughly to items that needed attention. Had it not been for their responsiveness, I do feel that our stay would have been negatively impacted. I would probably not choose this condo again for a long visit, but I would definitely choose another...
