The staff is very good. There was an issue with the room next door. I was able to text the desk and they were quick to address it and to notify me of the situation.

We loved the safe, fun, family-friendly vibe of this hotel. We had a delicious late night dinner at the restaurant next door (Floridays), enjoyed the hotel happy hour snacks and drinks, daily treats in the lobby, marina area, pool, gym, and free parking. The location is great - just a short drive from all the beautiful beaches. The only not so great thing was the water around the marina/hotel was stinky and murky. We were hoping it would be better. Love this hotel and will return!
