"The place was very clean and very cute! Perfect for what I needed and in a great location. There were some issues getting in initially but it wasn’t the host’s fault. She was super helpful and responsive. Only thing that wasn’t provided were utensils and a hair dryer. But definitely manageable without those. Still a great weekend! Would definitely book again!"

"We are four women who travel together once or twice a year and this year we chose Saratoga. This unit was perfect for us: plenty of room; very clean; conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and bars. We all were very happy here. Parking is a little challenging but there is 24 hour parking about 2 blocks away. Also, figuring out the light switches was an activity 😋. Hilary, our host, was easily accessible. We would recommend this place to anyone."

"My husband and I were thrilled with our visit to the Modern Studio in Ballston Spa. The in-person facilities were even more lovely than the pictures, with many thoughtful, extra touches that made the setting special and comfortable. "The studio was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Everything was as advertised. There was a keurig with k cups and cream provided. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked that we had no problem cooking the meals we planned, despite some of them requiring multiple pots and pans. The bed was UNBELIEVABLY comfortable. The property managers were very communicative and friendly, but never bothersome or overbearing. "

"This is our third stay at Cody Farms and it remains excellent in all ways but one -- that coded lock. Saturday night my partner and I tried everything we could think of to open it before she went and fetched the owner -- who also had to try three times to get it open. But what if he hadn't been available? Maybe the sticky door just needs sanding, but it is the one thing that should be addressed. Otherwise, clean, comfortable, love the fields in back and our dog does too."

"Apt. is neat and clean actually spacious for a couple could easily add a third person if they we're ok sleeping on couch. we were there for the Travers Stakes was perfect spot one mile drive to the track. Very short drive to restaurants and bars or probably a 20 minute walk if you so chose. Place was quiet easy parking access. How ever parking in Saratoga is not easy access. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"I had a nice stay at The Nest tis weekend. I have stayed there before and love the location while visiting my son at Skidmore. It is a nice drive along the lake to Saratoga. I liked staying on the top floor better than the first floor. The staff was great but it was very quiet during the day. The mattress was so comfortable too. I have not eaten at the restaurant but the food looked good. On Friday night they had a great band (Pasta and Potatoes) so that was an unexpected treat to come home to. The band played until about 9:30. The bar staff were so friendly and welcoming. I definitely will make this my regular stay when visiting my son."
