Made reservations same day, husband called to inform staff of late check in due to 7 hour drive, part way thru drive there received call from staff asking when arriving (told them 2 more hours) upon arrival- staff didn't have paperwork printed and room reserved was not clean so had to get alternate room. Alternate room had dirty flooring, sand on table, looked as if it was in middle of renovations that were not completed. Front portion of counter missing, exposing wood with glue on it. Light fixture in ceiling was replaced with smaller fixture leaving exposed old ceiling and holes. paint splatters on back of bathroom door. I would expect a more aesthetically pleasing room based on how great the lobby looked. Elevator was terrible, only 1 worked and was extremely slow, long wait, only seemed to come to floor if someone was coming up to floor on it. Hot tub was "broken" too. Freezer formed ice around seal, made icicles that would fall off onto floor. Floor at end of counter between kitchen and bed had a large divet in it as if it was a sink hole. Great view of Ocean though!!!

Only one elevator in service. Rooms need updating. Cost to much for the condition of the hotel.

Property is currently undergoing some upgrades and repairs so some things are not great. One of the elevators isn’t working which makes things quite slow if you’re on the 5th floor. But there are stairs so that is what we used mostly which was fine for our family. But something to keep in mind. The room was fine, everything was mostly functional and cleanish. Not perfect, but definitely good enough. The location is absolutely perfect. Walkable to just about everything. No breakfast in the hotel, which is ok because there are many other options nearby. We used the pool. Kids loved it. It was quite large. The hot tub however was small and had sand in it and the jets didn’t work, but we still used it. It was hot. I didn’t use the exercise equipment. There wasn’t much, a couple cardio machines and a small weight machine. Not the best, but not the worst either. Would stay there again.

Well, when we got there the motel Was "under construction". The lobby couches were so old and soiled it was embarrassing. There was only one working elevator for 5 floors so waiting was pointless. Our first trip Up the stairs we made it to our room that was full of paint, tools a ladder and the tv on with someone's phone and keys on the bed. We quickly left and took our two children back to the front desk. They "upgraded" us to the 4th floor which as it turned out on that level the elevator didn't work at all. We took the trip back up stairs to find our keys weren't activated. When we Finally got into the hotel room the heater didn't work. The furniture was falling apart and it reeked of cigarettes. I called the front desk about the heater and they said to "give it time" we decided to go to the pool which there was barely any room in and no one willing to share the hot tub. Ironically enough when we got close to our room it looked like a maintenance man was leaving our room which I thought was odd because no one should enter your hotel room unless you ask or approved them too. The heater was magically working. It was overall just a bad experience and I spent $450 on this hotel. I honestly wanted to ask for my money back after walking into an occupied room with my 2 and 4 year old.

Staff was so rude right when we got there. The room, you can hear everything and everyone slams their doors so don’t expect any peace and quiet. The bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned.

Property under construction. Room was old with wallpaper coming off wall, cracked tile and dirty cabinets, not enough dishes in kitchen to eat with, broken and ripped furniture. Also no screen on sliding door which was only window in room so couldn’t keep open to get air because of flies, AND no air conditioner in room. Only an old fan plugged in propped up on wall. Jacuzzi not operating, saunas were closed, pool not kept up. If we knew this was in such bad shape we would never have booked it. Only good thing was the front desk personnel, they were so pleasant and apologetic. They were friendly and tried to be helpful because they felt so bad for the guests.

This place is under new management and they seem to be doing a good job. The location is fantastic : right on the beach. They also have a nice indoor pool and hot tub. The prices were reasonable. Everything you could want in town is walkable.
