I checked the hotel website prior to the reservation and made sure early check-in and late check-out are optional with fees per hour. When I arrived to the hotel, I couldn't find the option to check in early so I found the number at the front desk (there is no person) and called the customer support. This was April 30, 2024 at 1 pm and I spoke to a Korean speaking man since I speak Korean as well. He simply denied what I found on the website and did not offer any other option in the worst attidue I've ever seen in my life (no I'm not exaggerating here). His manner was getting worse and worse and began to raise his tone as I was asking for early check-in which was specied as available option PER THEIR WEBSITE. After going back and forth, I asked for his name and he literally said "What are you going to do with it?" and ended up not giving his name. The whole time, what he was saying was "We don't do such thing.", "What do you want?", "Did you contact us and confirm the information?", etc. At this point, I was very upset and pointing out his attitude and he said "I never raised my tone.", "I've never done it."
I would never revisit this hotel and I hope everyone is aware that the hotel's website false.
