The location of the hotel was really good, right in the middle of the historic part of the city and walking distance to the cathedral and lots of restaurants and cafes surrounding. A few others had commented on the thin walls, but they were really thin and you could hear everything. I think we had the worst room in hotel right by the lift, which meant noise from others all day and night. The cleaners would be outside the door in the morning, and the bedrooms are fitted with heavy fire doors without soft close, so every time someone came in or out the bang of the door was so loud. We didn't find the staff very friendly at all. They checked us in, and that was about it. No discussions about the area, didn't ask us if everything was ok when we left. Very little interest or interaction. It's a 2* hotel at the end of the day and it is just that. It was clean enough, very basic.

Pretty hotel in a very good location, beautiful lobby AND very nice staff, but too small rooms AND unconmfortable bathroom, no hanging accessories AND no support for the shower device.

Hotel room was okay, but small and we did not have any view out the window. Note that there is no taxi, bus, limo or Uber service to the front door. We had a terrible time following Google Maps to the hotel and had to walk four blocks to det to the hotel. This was never indicated in the descriptions and we would not have chosen this hotel as I am disabled and it was over 100 degrees when we had to walk.

Bring earplugs. The first night, I was on the first floor, and it was SO LOUD. Staff moved me the next day but did not apologize. Beds were clearly on special from an orphanage. Great location and the breakfast buffet was decent (13 EUR)

The location is great—within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Sevilla. However, our room had a terrible smell, like mildew and urine? And my bed was really hard and actually felt like it was higher in the middle than on the edges, which is weird. But the staff was friendly and tried to remedy the smell by bringing in a machine to deodorize. It did help, but not completely.
