Shepherd's Bush Spa Hotel

"When we arrived we were really impressed with the reception and bar area. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Once we got to the room we were a little disappointed. Everything was spotlessly clean but just a little tired. The bathroom radiator was leaking. The small shower was broken and left hanging in the cubicle. There was another over head shower which worked so we were able to still shower. The desk/ dressing table chair was broken and wouldn’t fix in to a locked...
