"Standard business hotel for Tokyo. Small, pretty clean, heated toilet seat, provided soaps etc. Easy check in, was able to extend stay directly with the hotel since there was no availability on Expedia. Liked that you could open drying machine mid cycle, kinda funny they put the washing machine room on smoking floor. Could hear outside the room door pretty easily, but could not hear anything from neighboring room. (I was on the end near elevator) could hear cleaning team sometimes. Shimbashi...

"I was given a smoking room (requested non-smoking) on arrival with faulty A/C. So I had to survive in cold several hours. I called Mr. Koje of the management company who was very rude on the phone and did not help me. This this is the main reason for giving two rating. However, Hotel did sent someone to resolve it and changed the room. "

Great place to stay in bustling location
"This is a great place to stay in an amazing location in Asakusa. There are so many shops, restaurants, and things to do in the immediate vicinity including the Senso-Ji Temple and Nakamise-dori Street, as well as the Kaminarimon district. I was worried we would be too far out of central Tokyo but that was not the case at all. Also great access to public transportation to get anywhere easily. The hotel is very nice and clean with great amenities. Luggage storage was provided as well as laundry facilities, restaurant, and other amenities on site. "
