"The bed was not made the mattress cover was more then disgusting a blanket as thin as the sheets I had to put on the nasty bed bath tub was dirty toilet dirty full can of trash in the bathroom kitchen counters had stuff smeared all over them floors didn't look like they had been cleaned or swept in a very long time 1/2 roll of tp very disappointed the lake was great very pretty but would not rent one of those places again I took some pic but the bed was nasty!!!!!"

"My wife and l cannot say enough about the great experience we had on our 10 day visit at Marilyn’s. Owner Mark and his wife Tiffany were extremely accommodating and friendly. "I booked this last minute with only a couple days notice and I am glad I did. What a great little cabin. It is very rustic and very homely. I was told service was not great but I had ZERO service and I loved it. No messing with technology just enjoying our days sitting by the forest. Me and my lady sat by the fire pit every night and we grilled meats as well. Hope has the cabin very clean and stocked with everything you may need. We will definitely be booking again in the future!!"

"The house was very nice and we truly enjoyed our stay. Although we encountered some small issues, they were handled promptly by the owner. We couldn't have a thsked for a more gracious host than Brad. The proximity of the house to Lake Sumner Landing was OK, making it a convenient spot for our activities. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all we needed were groceries to feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend this property."

"Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants."
