As our family has grown the needs that we try to check off when finding a place to stay become harder and harder but we checked all the boxes here! Everyone from grandma and grandpa to parents and kids had a great time here. Would stay again for sure."

"Loved this condo for our spring break trip!!! My daughter loved the bunk beds and thought it was great looking out the patio and seeing the lift and what the runs looked like for the day!"

"The place was perfect for our family. One last ski Hoorah for the season, we got to meet up with family at this location and we all had a great time. Perfect for jumping on and off the slopes with the kids. The rooms were spacious and fit our whole family. Bathrooms were clean! Truly enjoyed this place and we always enjoy Grandby Ranch. The only downside we had here was that the downstairs TV wasn’t working, And the hot tub was not maintained. The hot tub wouldn’t get warm, the water level was low and very green. These are 1st world problems I realize and definitely not deal breakers for us, but kinda stinks we didn’t get to utilize the hot tub like we would have hoped."

"House is beautiful. Proximity to lifts is basically ski in/ski out. Great views. Very clean modern amenities. Owners were very responsive to any questions- great hosts. Perfect vacation. We definitely will be returning to granby and this house next year"

"You will never have a better location for skiing as a family. Its a true ski in, ski out. It allowed my teens to come and go as needed on the slopes. Perfect."

"Property was very clean and just the right size traveling with two toddlers and Grandparents. Short distance to Granby Ranch with a 4 year old was greatly appreciated. We took the Master and used the connecting bunks for our littles. Grandparents took the king room and watched our 18 month old while we hit the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked and smart TVs were great for adult and kid viewing. Overall very cozy and conveniently located. I encourage 4wd or AWD if lots of snow is expected during your stay."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay! The ski in/ski out was absolutely perfect. The host also had extra little amenities that made for a wonderful stay. However, there was a couch in the garage that made it so my vehicle (Subaru Ascent) could not fit inside. Also, while there was a shovel, there was a large buildup of ice on in the parking spot to the left of the garage that rendered it inoperable. We had two cars (which was approved per the listing) and we both utilized the spots across from the house. The master bathroom was great, but the other two bathrooms had very leaky shower heads, and the main floor bathtub backplate was pulling away from the wall. I messaged the host through the app to let them know about the maintenance issues, and ask if there were any tools/tricks to make the parking spot outside the garage available. I then followed that message up with 5 photos. The host responded initially responded that they saw the pictures, but needed amplifying information because they never saw the first message with the text. I sent two subsequent messages to the host but never received any reply. We would 100% stay again, but would plan to get there before the weekend crowd arrived to secure parking."

"We could not be happier with this hidden little gem. The fact my kids could learn to ski basically right outside our door could not be beat. What could have been a hectic scenario, turned out to be one of the best family vacations we have had. The lobby made it easy to meet up with other families we went with and the lockers made it nice to not have to drag all our ski stuff to our unit. The restaurant on the grounds was delish. We already booked the same unit for next year. It was clean, cozy and super convenient to the lifts and other buildings."

"The host is great, he checked in to make sure everything was ok. He made sure my family had a great Christmas. My kid and grandkids another condo, but being on slope side we were able to sit on the balcony and watch them ski. They could ski up to us and we could toss them water and snacks and they were back skiing. The condo was great and the host was great. This is our 3rd to Granby, this condo was the best location."
