"This is the most beautiful and unique hotel the lobby area is more like a museum. The staff at the front desk amazing and friendly. My husband and were there celebrating our 42 year wedding anniversary and his birthday and we had the most wonderful time. They put us in the Three Muses building and we had complete view of the river with a balcony what a treat. We will definitely stay here again and have recommended to our family and friends "

The room was nice with top quality bedding. Daily valet parking of $48 is outrageous, but this appears to be the norm at most downtown hotels. If you don't mind dragging your bags a few blocks, park in a safe public garage for only $5/$10 a day on weekends. The hotel charges a $25 daily resort fee, but then gives you a daily...

"The stay was awesome and the views of the Savannah River along with the city were breathtaking. The staff was so helpful from valet to room service. The resort fee was well worth it. They provided a ferry ride across to River Street, bike cycles to ride, and poolside activities (the jumbo popsicles, and character balloons were a nice touch). Everyday when we arrived back to the resort my daughter loved that her bed was made up magically and all her stuffed animals were stage properly and ready...

"Overall we had a great stay. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for work but there were no signs and no notice from the hotel. Our grandson was telling all of the staff in the lobby that he was excited to go to the pool. They all agreed how much fun it would be but no one bothered to say the pool was closed. We found out when we walked out on the roof and saw workers and no water. "
