“Love this place! It look just like the photos, very clean and it’s a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is mainly to reheat and store food, not suitable for cooking. Walkable to Heavenly Ski Resort area for food and shops. ”

“Perfect place for an awesome weekend get away with breath taking views of the lake right from the living room. Just a stone throw away from happening places in and around heavenly village and <10 min drive to locations in South Lake Tahoe. Beautifully designed and kept, to give that “at home” feeling. Host was super accommodative and responsive making our check-in, stay, and check-out a breeze. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back without even batting an eye. ”

“We wanted to stay in the snow and we got a storm on our third day there so all was white. Just what we wanted. The place is nice and we had a good time. Cooked orange rolls, raisin bread and watched a lot of movies. We did some hiking before the storm and some tubing after the storm. We also finished a large completed puzzle. Just a nice week of relaxing.”

“Cozy but big enough for a group of four to six, this is great, close to the lake, with comfy beds and linens, good lighting and furniture, a well appointed kitchen, lots of extras. Just know that both bathrooms are downstairs from living area and two floors down from beds in loft, and one is tight in size. Decor is cute and fun and welcoming. Hosts communicate well and price is reasonable for all that you get. Do stay here!”

“Loved the location of this property. Very convenient to Stateline & Incline Village. The house itself had a great layout. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to make a meal. The living room was spacious & comfy. The bedrooms were large. We found someone’s glasses in one of the beds so we did wonder if the sheets had actually been changed from the previous guests. I would be happy to stay here again.”

“This is my first time renting a cabin and my experience was relatively smooth(no issues accessing the property. Pros: Lighting throughout the house Extra towels Master suit has 2 huge closets Master bath have shower, 2 sinks, and jacuzzi tub. Cons: Had to figure out how to get the oven to work.(if we weren't able to it would have made it difficult to cook for our meals.) No window coverings on the top floor(house doesn't hold the heat on the top floor.) The pots and pans are well used...……

“This house was well equipped with nice furniture, kitchen equipment and bathroom supplies. It is located conveniently to all of south tahoe’s amenities- skiing shopping eateries etc!”

“Place was perfect with plenty of fun board games, pool, hot tubs, and 10-15 minutes to anywhere in South Lake. Great place I'd recommend!”

“We have stayed in many vacation rentals - this one writes the book for best of the best. The property manager is very communicative, and helpful. The home is exceptionally clean, well maintained, comfortable, well furnished and supplied with useable items. We felt very comfortable, like we were at "home" here, and enjoyed a lovely extended weekend with our family. Not only will we want to stay here again, but we will also look for places managed by RNR. LOVED IT!!”

“Cozy, rustic cabin surrounded by huge pine trees. A little dated - could use a good cleaning and some maintenance, but the dogs enjoyed the fenced yard and we found we could walk to a few different restaurants and coffee shops.”

Biggest gripe comes in parking; garage door was not operating and there are VERY few non-garages spots leaving me to park in a grocery store parking lot nearby many evenings. I was using the property a week and there was no change in this issue for the entirety of the stay.”

“Overall we really enjoyed our stay however there was a few cons I wanted to list out in hopes the owner will take these into consideration in the future. Cons: the curb appeal of this property could definitley use some upgrades. Pulling up to the house threw us off a little and we instantly started to stress about what the inside would look like. The backyard was also very poorly maintained and I would not come into the house expecting to utilize it all. The biggest con we have about the……

“Property was amazing! We arrived right after the blizzard and everything outside was covered in deep snow. Management had someone out there quickly to shovel the driveway and spa area. Will stay there again!”

“Roomy, comfortable and relaxing. Updated kitchen is completely equipped for meal making. Four BRs and bathrooms supply for all needs. Large screen TV viewing room and a closet full of games makes for fun entertainment. Very close to Heavenly restaurants, shopping and the lake. Would certainly consider renting this home again!”

“Beautiful house and property. Fully equipped with all kitchen and bath needs. The property manager even brought a new skillet when I discovered a well worn one that all of the non-stick finish had worn off of. Loved walking around the property. Would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Tahoe.”
