"The building is perfect for a conference. Parking in the garage directly across the street. The staff were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with part of the bill and they fixed it. They listened. Very meaningful! The gym, pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all awesome! The elevators made me feel more safe. "I enjoyed the look of the room (exposed brick was quaint). The bed was a little soft for my liking. Only had a nightstand on one side of the bed and we weren’t able to find anyone at the front desk when we checked out (this was undoubtedly due to the fact that there was a power outage, so it did not upset me). "Stayed at the Amway for one night as we were going to a concert at the Vanandel arena. Upon check in, I asked if they had any upgrades as this was our first stay at this hotel. The clerk at the desk gave us an absolute beautiful upgrade with the view of the Grand river, a Jacuzzi bathtub in a king suite. It was beautiful. This place was very quiet and convenient to walking to the concert. Staff was very considerate and the Wolfgang Puck bar/restaurant provided a good cocktail at the end of the evening. Definitely would stay here again."
