"Hotel was a little dated, but was very nice, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, tram and train links were 3 minutes walk away. Area had quite a few places to buy food and there were a number of convenience stores. Also the Belvedere Quarter and Botanic gardens were right behind the hotel offering somewhere quiet and peaceful in a huge city to relax. "

"The best part of the proprty is its proximity to most of the attractions and eating spots. From the outside the Hotel looks to be quite small but is quite large and has wings on multiple sides. The staff in the bar and in the restaurant is excellent and truly deserves the rating, the reception staff could be little bit more out going we felt. while they answereed all of our queries, they were to the point , on their own they did not come up with any options or suggestions "

"Location and price good for us. Single beds were a problem but we knew that when we booked - not sure how much more expensive for a queen size. No mini fridge a problem for a three night stay. Breakfast a problem - you had to book the day before, but we did not know our morning plans and no gluten free or lactose free options. "Close to major attractions, the transfer to and from the airport is convenient via public transport. The breakfast buffet on the top floor is nice. the only thing we did not like was that the shower was inside the room right next to the bed. But everything was very clean, A/C works fine."
