The room itself was clean it was the area on the 7 floor where you should be able to cook out and relax, enjoy the fire/tv, pool.. all of this was dirty or broken down

This unit is great and I will definitely stay here again! Super roomy and comfortable; great location and parking. Whole Foods in downstairs- the other side of that coin is that there is early morning noise from delivery trucks!

There are only 2 downfalls. One, you have to pay for parking which is $10/day. Still, it is a reserved spot. Second, the bed (at least in our room) was rock hard! We had to purchase foam mattress toppers to sleep comfortably. I still rate this stay excellent. The apartment was exceptionally clean. The bathrooms were elegant with a huge walk in shower or a large L-shaped counter (funny the large bathroom counter was in the smaller room and not the master bedroom). Below was a Whole Foods and although we didn't walk around, restaurants were across the street. Free flavored lattes and coffee was available 24/7. Other residents were friendly and helpful.The front desk was manned by friendly people who knew everything about a short stay. We would definitely stay here again (with our foam mattress toppers).

Very nice apartment, plenty of room. Parking was nice and safe. Location was perfect for almost everything in downtown St. Louis. Will definitely recommend.

Communication is key here ! Do not go anywhere with out the FOB ! They dont tell you that in order to put the door code in you have to take your hand and cover the lock so the electronic key board shows up to enter the number given and dont forget to hit the check too then youll hear click and it will open .This was the cause of 1 of our many calls to the front desk plus cost us 20 minutes looking like a complete fool. The grocery store is right next door, which it is unheard of. I like the walk-in shower with the glass door. The temperature is easy to set to. A large shared patio is included and it has a very nice view.

The location of this apartment was within a few minutes (5or less) drive of everything we wanted to do. The zoo was right down the road and so was magic house! The beds were comfortable and it was nice having the extra space for our kids I plan to stay here on our next trips to stl

Very nice place and location
This was a nice place very close to Barnes and forest park. Lots of great eating places in the area. Parking remote didn’t work and luckily property management replaced it without question even though they didn’t have to. Pull out couch was aweful for sleeping! Didn’t leave extra toilet paper or paper towels, no sheets for pull out. No extra trash bags Pool was under construction. Luckily Whole Foods is connected to this apartment

Overall this is a good place to stay. The location is great and there is a grocery store in the building. There are also several restaurants within waling distance. The downsides are that it wasn't perfectly clean when we got there and the check-in is a little tricky.

Couldn’t have had a better stay!! Great location!! Great unit and amenities!! The management company could not have been nicer!! Jeff and Charmayne were wonderful when I had an issue! Problem solved quickly and they were very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Upon arrival I was unable to gain access to the room I had booked. I tried contacting Kasa by phone. When my calls went unanswered, I texted instead. They responded by giving me other access codes to try, none of which worked. An hour later I finally received a call letting me know the smart lock was disconnected from the network and there wasn’t anyone locally who could come fix it. At this point it was nearly 11pm so I found another hotel for my family to stay for the night. The next morning I was told that someone would be by to fix the lock. By mid afternoon I still hadn’t received any word about the status of the lock. Once again, no one would answer my calls so I texted them to let them know we would be finding another hotel for the rest of our stay. We were lucky to find another hotel on such short notice on Labor Day weekend.

Missing building key fob
When I arrived the building key fob was not present. Only the mail key and garage remote were in the white bowl on the kitchen counter. I called Kasa for help regarding the missing building key fob and the Kasa representative said they would take care of the issue and call me back. I waited for one hour and no return call. I called Kasa again but only got a voice machine. After waiting 1 1/2 hours I contact the building complex management team and they gave me a key fob to enter the building. They said they would make a note in their computer log that the previous tenant must have forgotten to leave the key fob behind in the bowl on the kitchen counter. Other than that my stay was great! Nice Apartment and building!
