Although their policy said no house cleaning first day they never showed up and we stayed 3 nights. I had to ask for towels toilet paper. My husband hit the corner of the bed 3 times and we ask the front desk and were told that yes people have being complaining aboyt the edges being very out but they havent done anything about it. Not too much pressure on the shower. No refrigerator and no netflix. Not staying again there.

Staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Room smelled musty, air conditioner leaking on the ottoman by the mirror. Toe nail in bottom drawer, chip crumbs in the top of the dresser- kept clothes in my suitcase. Gross... Bed very comfortable, slept well. Breakfast was perfect. Disappointed not to have access to the English Tea in the afternoon that I remembered from previous stays. Overall a nice stay, enjoyed the side courtyard as before.
