"Beautiful regal type hotel which overlooks the lake. Staff took and parked car, got a free upgrade to a much bigger room. All very nice. Hotel was very quiet with hardly any guests . Seems like Summer months are painfully quiet with very little going on in the town and lots of shops and restaurants closed for the summer months. No complaints about hotel whatsoever but wouldn’t rush back to Zermatt."
