"We loved our stay at Lucerne. The hotel was older and rooms smaller, but clean and comfortable. It was extremely close to the Subway, with a Banksy on the short walk to enjoy. Many wonderful dining options nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the price reasonable. We will absolutely stay there again!"

"We've had a really nice time staying at carnegie. Excellent location, really good room (small though), nice staff, breakfast fair enoug. However, they've charged me the deposit om my credit card (202 dollars) on the day of my departure and even 2 months since I'm gone I wasn't refunded, without any explanation.
